Climbing, Weather, Replays & New Weapons Coming To PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds

Climbing, Weather, Replays & New Weapons Coming To PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds”

It's a big week for Battlegrounds, with Microsoft confirming on Monday that the PC hit will launch exclusively on console via Xbox One's Game Preview program in late 2017, and in 2018 as an Xbox One X enhanced title.

Few games have enough traction to make a trailer about being able to climb over fences and jump through windows news worth reporting on, but Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is an exception.

If you wanted to do parkour, you're in luck as you're in luck as climbing and vaulting are being added, allowing you to mount cars and houses easily. Diving through windows looks fun, too, and I can definitely see it being not just flashy but practical when you're indoors and some other player chucks a grenade or molotov into the building.

The new weather effects in the game include fog and sunsets that both affect your vision.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is one of the most popular Steam games as of recently.

The OTs Groza is a new gun coming to PUBG. Also, there will finally be more than one map to play, with two more enroute (a desert map in Peru and another in the Adriatic).

Greene reiterated that stability is the main focal point of Battlegrounds' development right now, with this month's update focusing on server stability after last month's update was more about client performance.
