Patch 1.12 adds new map, Reaper changes and Roadhog nerf

Patch 1.12 adds new map, Reaper changes and Roadhog nerf”

While Overwatch players may be getting hyped for the Horizon Lunar Colony map to finally be patched into the live servers, Blizzard has announced that it will not be available for competitive play, at least for now. Blizzard's Bill Warnecke dispelled that notion by stating on the official forums that, "Horizon Lunar Colony will be disabled in Competitive Play for the first week". Winston was able to escape but vowed he would return one day.

The map itself features tight corridors, a telescope room, gorilla jungle gyms, and an outdoor area.

Oni Genji and Officer D.Va have been added to classic loot boxes, which were recent incentives to play Blizzard's MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. Orisa, the latest tank hero, was also unplayable in ranked matches during the first week she was released. McCree's Ultimate also sees an adjustment, as you'll only have to wait 0.2 seconds (rather than 0.8) to begin locking on. That means you can heal up some without getting a kill streak now. It also makes some significant balance changes that Roadhog players are unhappy about, along with other tweaks and fixes. That concept has been completely dropped, with 20% of all damage being converted to health now instead.

Roadhog has seen a mix of changes, his Head hitbox size has been reduced by 20%, but bullet damage has decreased by 33%, Fire rate has gone up by 30% and clip size increased from 4 to 5.
