Drunk driver goes to Slidell Police to bail out drunk driver”

The Slidell, Louisiana, Police Department says they pulled over a auto and arrested the driver on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The passengers took a cab home while the auto was secured in a parking lot. However, police then say a woman who had been in the vehicle later went back to pick it up before driving to the police station to try to bail her friend out.

The Slidell Police Department Facebook post says that, "Instead of bailing out her friend, she's was able to join him inside the jail".

She then drove to the Slidell Police Department with the idea that she would bail out her friend who was arrested.

A Louisiana woman was arrested for drunk driving after she made a decision to drive to jail to bail out her friend who was also arrested for drunk driving.

Cops arrested the drunken woman and placed her behind bars alongside her allegedly intoxicated pal.
