(19.01m), by a narrow margin.Earlier, the other two athletes who managed to get their name in the medal list were Sundar Singh Gurjar and Amit Saroha, who won a gold and a silver medal respectively. Originally a part of the national Kabaddi setup, Dalal had to give up the sport after she took a fall from her terrace, that resulted in her losing her motor sensations for a year. She later started her career in the discus throw in 2014 and since then she has made a progress from being unranked to the top-10 in the world. Now ranked World No.8, Dalal secured a fourth-place finish at the IPC Para-athletics championships in 2015. Abdollah Heidari Til got the bronze medal, having thrown the javelin 41.83 meters.
