Scaramucci emphasizes there's lots of 'love' in White Houseā€

During his introductory appearance at the White House, Scaramucci appeared relaxed and expressed a desire to improve the Trump administrations relationship with the U.S. media.

Steve Bannon, the president's chief strategist, reportedly had strong objections to Scaramucci's selection, but the new communications director said he plans to work well with Bannon, and has a lot of respect for him, CBS News reported.

Spicer, the father of two, announced on Twitter, that it has been "an honor and pleasure" to serve under the Trump administration.

Known throughout Manhattan as "the Mooch", Mr Scaramucci, 53, grew up a scrappy son of blue-collar Long Island, attended Harvard Law School and became a wealthy hedge fund manager and Wall Street fund-raiser.

And he is thought to owe his position largely to his friendship with the president and the endorsement of the NY wing of the White House, led by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, much to the annoyance of other elements led by the populist Steve Bannon or the Republican apparatchik Reince Priebus.

Even Trump has acknowledged Spicer's difficulties, telling Fox News Channel in May that his press secretary was doing a good job, "but he gets beat up".

Don't cry for Spicer too hard, though.

"Without me in the way, they have a fresh start, so that I'm not lurking over them".

"Its been an honour & a privilege to serve @POTUS @realDonaldTrump & this awesome country".

Kellyanne Conway said that, "like the president, Anthony is a tough, self-made, successful New Yorker who can be both a street fighter and run a C-suite meeting".

Scaramucci is a prominent Republican fundraiser who advised Trump during his presidential campaign previous year after working first on rival Scott Walker's campaign until it fizzled.

Shortly after Scaramucci accepted Trump's offer, Spicer resigned.

Trump, who had a lukewarm relationship with Spicer, wished him well in public statements.

Spicer told Fox News the president did not want him to go and had been "very gracious throughout this process".

Mr Scaramucci addressed the press to describe Mr Spicer as a "true American patriot", saying "I hope he goes on to make a tremendous amount of money".

Mr Scaramucci is now senior vice-president of the Export-Import Bank, a USA government agency which guarantees loans for foreign buyers of American exports.

He said there had been no proven collusion between Trump associates and Russian officials over interference in last year's election, quipping that "if the president put Russian salad dressing on his salad tonight, somehow that's a Russian connection". The singer promptly denied it. "Spicer huddled with his staff among bushes near television sets on the White House grounds, not 'in the bushes, ' as the story originally stated".

"I'm going to get to everybody", he said repeatedly. Now cracks in the structure are beginning to show. It could also be a sign of bigger tremors to come.

Usually a communications chief in the White House is a political operative or strategist skilled in driving messaging, marketing, coordinating with outside special interests groups, all aimed at persuading Congress to advance a presidential agenda. Trump tweeted from his personal account. And in a separate move, former White House aide Katie Walsh is returning to the RNC, spokesman Ryan Mahoney said.

But there is nothing - nothing - normal about the Trump presidency.

"He wanted to bring some new folks in to help rev-up the communications operation", Spicer told Hannity of President Trump. He was the one who made Spicer's job so hard.

But he could also be charming and was liked by many among the press corps.

And now she is thrust into the role that made Spicer a household name and the butt of "Saturday Night Live" skits.

He gave an indication of his way of operation and said the U.S. president needs to express his own identity. He also commented on the state of the media and gave his opinions on Trump's war against "fake news".
