Tuesday Evening Weather: Getting More Active

Tuesday Evening Weather: Getting More Active”

After a handsome start to the week, rain showers returned in parts of Mid-Michigan yesterday, bringing some much needed rainfall to parts of the area. There could be more clouds and a small chance of a shower south if a storm system passes closer. There are similar threats facing us today compared to yesterday.

Widespread showers/storms continue moving east across northeast Kansas producing moderate rain at times and lightning. This is also bringing uncertainty to the temperature forecast for this afternoon. Sunday night, mostly clear, with a low around 60.

Southwest winds at 5 miles per hour. Areas along and south of I-44 are under a marginal risk for severe weather Thursday afternoon as damaging wind gusts are possible. Showers will move out Thursday morning.

Overnight lows in the mid 70s.

Southwest winds at 5-10 miles per hour.

Thursday brings more cloud cover, but it won't be a awful day. High: 95° Heat Index: 105-108°. Winds N 5 -10 miles per hour.

TUESDAY: Partly cloudy skies and isolated rain will be possible, with a high temperature of 84 degrees.

A tranquil weather pattern sets up for next week with lots of sunshine and temps slightly below average in the upper 80s near 90°. Otherwise, partly cloudy skies.
