Barcelona moves for Antoine Griezmann as Neymar's replacement”

According to the Mirror, Tottenham are faced with a huge risk of losing Dele Alli as Barcelona have plans to come after the England global in case Neymar leaves for PSG.

However, Manchester United had to re-adjust their targets after Zlatan Ibrahimovic picked up an injury that saw the EPL club deprived of a main striker, hence the signing of Romelu Lukaku. The former Santos prodigy endured a bust-up with new Barcelona signing Nelson Semedo in Miami yesterday and was reported to have stormed out of training as frustrations simmer.

The PFA young player of the year for the second time running is alongside Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and Chelsea's Eden Hazard as alternatives the La Liga giants are considering.

However, luring the striker away from Atletico could be hard as the player has already pledged his loyalty to the club to see them through the transfer embargo imposed by UEFA, an embargo that doesn't end until January 2018, when the winter transfer window opens.

The Belgian would obviously be a like-for-like swap with Neymar, in terms of both playing style and quality, with the duo regularly drawing comparisons with one another.

Radio Marca's initial suggestions that Barcelona could attempt to sign Hazard were given short shrift by Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, who reiterated that the 26-year-old, now recovering from ankle surgery, was very happy to stay at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham's Dele Alli is also on the radar and Barcelona are a hard club to turn down, especially with a big cheque in their hands.

Alli is believed to the most valuable player in the world under the age of 21, this along with his clear importance to Spurs makes any transfer hard to envisage.
