Usher reportedly doesn't have Herpes & plans to sue Accusers”

Usher does not have herpes and could not have infected women with the virus, according to a new report published just days after celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom announced three new clients making the accusations. During an interview with 92.7 The Block in Charlotte, N.C., Brown was asked about Usher, who has been at the center of a media firestorm after several people alleged the singer exposed them to herpes.

Usher's legal woes worsened on Monday, when three other people, including one man, made similar allegations against the musician. Two have remained anonymous - one of whom has tested positive for herpes - but one, Quantasia Sharpton, held a press conference in NY with Bloom on Monday. She said Ursh showed up later at her hotel and had sex with her without disclosing he allegedly had genital herpes.

She recently tested positive for herpes, prompting her to double her original US$10-million demand for punitive damages, and she is also seeking another $20 million for emotional harm and medical bills. She said, "Although I am negative, I was upset by the reports because I would have never consented if I had known".

The suit is based on recent news reports that the singer paid a celebrity stylist $1.1 million in 2012 to settle a lawsuit in which she claimed to have contracted herpes from the eight-time Grammy victor. reports the cheque Ms Fox-Davis received was from an accounting firm as payment for her babysitting services, not a settlement cheque from a law firm. We hope that Mr. [Usher] Raymond [tests] negative, and that this can all be cleared up quickly.
