Mumbai University TYBCom 5th and 6th Semester Results 2017 declared at mu”

Mumbai University on Thursday informed Bombay high court that it would "strive" to declare final year BA/BCom/BSc results by August 31.

While 65,992 students appeared for the sixth semester examinations in April, results for only about 58,000 students have been declared. The University has released the results of the three years integrated Bachelors of Commerce (TYBcom) for the 5th and 6th semester. And the pass percentage for 5th semester stands at 60.92 percent while for the sixth semester it stands at 65,56 percent.

The Mumbai University also declared results for 432 out of the 477 candidates who appeared for the fifth semester TYBCom examinations. This year in 2017, 7, 868 students have achieved the "A" grade, around 384 students from 6th semester achieved outstanding grades, and around 19, 397 students have failed to clear the exams. Among those who appeared for the semester 5 exams, three achieved outstanding grades, 119 achieved an "A" grade while 5,359 students failed the semester. Students will be able to check the results on the official website.

According to the update available on the official website of Mumbai University, the results of BSc IT Semester-VI, TYBSc Semester-V, TYBSc Semester-V, TYBSc Semester-VI and TYBSc Semester-VI have been published. Another petition was filed by final year law college students Sachin Pawar, Abhishek Bhat and Ravishekhar Pandey who have demanded that the results be declared within three days or they should be paid Rs 10 lakh as compensation.
