Her comments came after clashes at a far-right led rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, saw Heather Heyer, 32, killed when a vehicle was rammed into her and other counter-protesters. Police have identified James Alex Fields Jr. as the suspected driver and the 20-year-old has been arrested in connection with Heyer's death.
