Sean Spicer will be paid to speak, again

Sean Spicer will be paid to speak, again”

And contrary to some recent rumors, it's not on Dancing with the Stars.

According to Politico, Sean Spicer has signed a contract with Worldwide Speakers Group.

Spicer is not the only former official from the Donald Trump team to sign with Worldwide Speakers Group. Our many customers around the world (multinational corporations, major trade associations, colleges & universities, and public lecture series) seek out thought leaders from politics, industry, the economy and contemporary life.

However, Politico notes "candor" was not exactly what Spicer was known for as press secretary. It's unclear how much Spicer is being paid per speech - the fee range is listed as "Inquire for Details". His even-Hitler-didn't-use-chemical-weapons moment helped to define the early months of the Trump White House.

"Audiences around the world will benefit from the same candor, wit and insight that Spicer brought to the White House briefing room", the agency wrote about Spicer in its pitch to potential customers, the web site reported.

Spicer will have his first paid speaking appearance on September 11, when he will appear in New York City an the annual conference of the investment bank Rodman & Renshaw, according to Politico.

Politico reports that Spicer's big-time agent, Robert Barnett, is peddling the former press secretary to TV outlets, and a book could be in the works, too. Other talents in the firm include Fox News contributor Tomi Lahren, Obama-era communications director Jen Psaki and former House of Representatives speaker Newt Gingrich.

Perhaps that edit took place after recalling that Spicer's debut at the podium was to attack members of the media for providing accurate information about Trump's inauguration attendance.

But it was Spicer's brash attitude, gum eating and tendency toward malapropism that made him-as impersonated by Melissa McCarthy- a crowd-pleaser on Saturday Night Live.
