Scott Gimple Teases New Pairings In Season 8 Of The Walking Dead

Scott Gimple Teases New Pairings In Season 8 Of The Walking Dead”

The zombie apocalypse is giving way to another crisis - and this one is all too real.

Hurricane Irma is causing untold horror and heartbreak in the southwest. The production suspension at this time is only slated to last for one day, though producers will reassess the situation Monday night or early Tuesday. Though Hurricane Irma has officially been changed from a category 5 hurricane to a tropical storm, studios are packing up the cameras just to be safe.

Atlanta is one of numerous cities now under tropical storm warning.

Currently, according to The Weather Channel, winds are approaching 50 miles per hour.

Andrew Lincoln and all of his blood-covered co-stars all get to take an impromptu break from the set of The Walking Dead. One particular thing that seemed to irk critics and the audience were the bottle episodes where the narrative would focus on one of the lesser used characters for the whole runtime, thereby often stopping the progression of a major ongoing plot line. Also on hold are "Lodge 49", "Kevin (Probably) Saves the World", "MacGyver", "Dynasty", "Valor", "Star", "The Gifted", and "The Resident". Hopefully this will not delay or shorten the eighth season, which is now scheduled to premiere on October 22.
