President Trump, please heed your heart, head on dreamers”

Immigration activists rallied Friday in downtown Los Angeles in support of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program amid reports that President Trump reportedly plans to end the program.

She said that the president still stands by his earlier statement that he would treat the young undocumented immigrants, often called Dreamers, with "heart".

Speaking from the White House Friday afternoon President Trump confirmed his decision about DACA, amnesty provided by President Obama in 2012 for children illegally brought into the their parents, is imminent. A September 5th deadline looms for the president, due to a threatened legal challenge to the program if a decision is not made by officials in Texas and nine other states. It allows illegal immigrants that came to the United States as children to apply to defer deportations.

Some Republican lawmakers have urged Trump not to rescind the program, including House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin.

Over a hundred people gathered at Utah's Capitol Building Thursday night to voice concern over a change President Donald Trump could make. "They have an appreciation for the opportunities afforded them by our country". "And I find it very, very hard doing what the law says exactly to do and you know, the law is rough". If repealed, California's 215,000 young Dreamers would be sent back to countries they have never known. "I was so thankful because that was something that was I was always asking God please Lord give me the opportunity to be with my son", said Enriquez Perdomo. And we're actually going to make that announcement on Tuesday of next week. The Hyderabad-born Nadella wrote: "As I shared at the White House in June, I am a product of two uniquely American attributes: the ingenuity of American technology reaching me where I was growing up, fuelling my dreams, and the enlightened immigration policy that allowed me to pursue my dreams".
