Seri happy in Nice

Seri happy in Nice”

Barcelona target Jean Michael Seri has ruled out a departure from OGC Nice in the January transfer window.

Turan's impressive performances while at Atletico Madrid earned him a five-year-deal to join Barcelona in 2015, but the former Turkish global was not able to turn out for the Blaugrana until the following January, however, due to a transfer ban Barcelona were under at the time.

Ivory Coast worldwide Seri made no secret of his disappointment after a proposed move to the Camp Nou broke down at the death, but despite his public criticism of the Aiglons' hierarchy, he's confirmed that he will not seek a move away from the club in January.

Despite his frustrations, Seri returned to the starting line-up as captain in last week's 4-0 thrashing of Ligue 1 champions Monaco and the 26-year-old says he is ready to see out another season on France's south coast before pursuing a move.

Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan must leave in the January transfer window for the Catalans to sign Nice midfielder Jean Seri, according to SPORT.

"A high-level player doesn't have a minute to lose with this sort of thing".

"It's in the past, you need to turn the page and face the important landmarks that are coming for my club".

"I am now concentating on having a good season but not so as to go to a big club like the Azulgrana but just because it is what I want to do".
