Audrina Partridge Files For Divorce After Getting Restraining Order Against Hubby”

"The Hills" star Audrina Patridge has called it quits with husband Corey Bohan. Patridge-who wed Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan last November, five months after giving birth to the couple's first child, per Hollywood Life-filed the order on Monday, following by divorce papers on Wednesday, after an alleged abusive incident. Patridge claims he yanked her phone away and deleted the video, and she then filed a police report.

TMZ reports that the order appears to be in response to a domestic violence incident, citing court records, but the details surrounding both the order and incident remain unclear. They also recently welcomed daughter Kirra Max!

They added that Corey and Audrina's relationship was "tumultuous from the beginning" and that the mum was making her daughter her "number one priority".

It was less than a year ago that The Hills alum Audrina Patridge married Corey Bohan in a attractive tropical wedding after welcoming their baby girl, Kirra Max, into the world a few months earlier.

The couple's separation comes less than a year after they tied the know in Hawaii.

Hopefully things get a little brighter (and safer, should the allegations be true) for Audrina and her little one.
