Kohl's to Start Accepting Amazon's Returns

Kohl's to Start Accepting Amazon's Returns”

Praise be! Instead of dealing with repacking that heinous throw pillow you thought would go perfectly with your new aesthetic (spoiler alert: chevron and hygge do not mesh well together), you can now hop in your vehicle and drive over to the nearest Kohl's.

Starting in October, 82 Kohl's stores in Los Angeles and Chicago will begin accepting returns for Amazon customers.

In the release, Amazon's Director of Worldwide Customer Returns Shivi Shankaran said that "Amazon Returns at Kohl's creates a convenient location for Amazon customers to return eligible Amazon.com merchandise".

Ask any online retailer what their biggest headache is, and they'll all probably tell you the same thing: returns.

Another perk for Amazon customers who choose to return at Kohl's: They'll be able to use designated parking spots near the stores' entrances making the process even more effortless.

Amazon and Kohl's have yet to announce and plans to expand this program nationwide, but we'll keep our fingers crossed. Earlier this month the two companies also revealed a new Amazon smart home experience that is launching at 10 select Kohl's locations in Chicago and Los Angeles, meant to show off Amazon's range of smart home devices. "Teaming up with Kohl's provides an incredible opportunity to pair our world-class return experience with a great shopping experience".
