Watford Defender Sebastian Prodl Signs New Four-year Contract

Watford Defender Sebastian Prodl Signs New Four-year Contract”

"Austrian worldwide Prödl, who joined the Hornets from Werder Bremen in 2015, has agreed a new four-year deal at Vicarage Road".

"I'm very blessed to sign a new deal here at Watford FC", Prodl told the club's website.

And of course, Prodl will be at the heart of it all, given his influence in the side.

And the 6ft 4ins defender has been one of the Hornets' most reliable players during their two years back in the top-flight.

Prodl has been on the sidelines with a hamstring injury since the start of this month.

Watford believe his return to full fitness is imminent, though.

Sebastian Prodl has signed a new four-year deal with Watford, the Premier League side have announced.

Boss Marco Silva will be hoping he is fit enough to take his place in the squad for the clash against Swansea this weekend as Watford look to bounce back.
