999 for select users

999 for select users”

The plan has been priced at Rs 999.

Airtel's new plan offers 4GB per day and 112GB data in a month.

This plan was described as the highest per day data offer by any telecom company. However, the pack is meant for limited customers only.

In line with the changing data-use habits of Indian users, Airtel has launched Rs 999 plan which offers 4 GB data per day with free STD and local calls for a period of 28 days. To check if you are eligible for the plan or not, visit Airtel's recharge portal, enter your number, now go to Browse Packs section and select Internet. The plan comes with a price tag of Rs 999 and comes with a validity of 28 days.

Another plan offering unlimited local plus STD calls along with 6GB data in the month is also available for Airtel customers. There is a Rs 499 plan which offers 1.5GB data per day, while the Rs 549 plan offers 2GB data per day and both of them offers unlimited voice calls.

Per GB cost for Airtel's users under this plan shall be Rs 8.9, which is a bit expensive, if we compare with other providers.

Reliance Jio that revised its Dhan Dhana Dhan plans offers similar plans for its prepaid and postpaid customers.

Moreover, subscribers paying for the Rs 999 pack through Airtel Payments Bank can also avail 50 per cent discount on the data plan.

After 1 GB per day plans became too mainstream, it is 4GB per day plans which are ruling the charts now.
