Bruce Willis to Die Hard again

Bruce Willis to Die Hard again”

Bruce Willis will return to the big screen to die hard, again, in one final installment in the acclaimed Die Hard action franchise, according to Deadline.

The film, which was initially teased under the title Die Hard: Year One by Wiseman, will be a prequel of sorts, weaving between John McClane's past as a beat cop in 1970s NY and his present as a bald, machine gun-toting action hero, as played by Willis.

Nobody has been cast as the younger McClane just yet, but the hunt is very much on.

'The right casting for this role is crucial. No release date has been confirmed as yet, but we're keeping our fingers crossed for a return to the traditional Christmas setting.

The 62-year-old actor starred as the wisecracking police detective in the 1988 classic original - which was based on author Roderick Thorp's novel Nothing Lasts Forever - and was last seen as the iconic character back in 2013's A Good Day To Die Hard. Casting for the younger McClane is underway, so we can at least rule one thing out: We will not see Willis slathered in makeup and wearing a wig in an attempt to pass as a wet-behind the ears rookie cop 40 years younger than he really is. That's all there is.

The franchise has five movies to date under the banner of the Die Hard and Willis has reprised his role in every film to date. The movie is titled "Glass". Glass in "Unbreakable" - are all set to reprise their roles in the upcoming "Glass".
