Cleveland Browns DE Myles Garrett returns to practice on Thursday”

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett is at practice on Thursday.

Suffering a high ankle sprain in the preseason, Garrett likely won't play full-time snaps in his season debut if he makes it this weekend.

The Browns selected Garrett with the No. 1 pick in the 2017 National Football League draft.

Injuries such as Garrett's typically require four to six weeks of recovery time. The Browns want to be somewhat cautious with Garrett, who sprained his foot during the spring and was limited by an ankle sprain during his junior season at Texas A&M.

Prior to rejoining his teammates back on the practice field, Garrett had been doing some sprints and riding a stationary bike during practices. "I think there's a chance he'll practice this week before the week's out, so we'll see where we are after that". The Browns play at home this weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals, and someone is going to get in the win column (unless there's a tie).
