Naya Rivera has called off her divorce to estranged husband Ryan Dorseyā€¯

Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey could be rekindling their romance.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rivera filed to dismiss her divorce last week from actor Ryan Dorsey. "They want to make it work for the sake of their son". When Big Sean called off their wedding a year after their engagement in 2013, Rivera reunited with Dorsey and even shocked fans when they tied the knot just three months later.

"After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage", the ex-couple said at the time in a joint statement.

However, Rivera and Dorsey had always stuck to their main priority which is their son.

While it's unclear if the dismissal means the pair - who share son Josey, 2 - are back together, a source told E! We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him.

Rivera asked for primary physical custody of Josey, with visitation rights for Dorsey. A report from People has confirmed that the "Glee" star also wanted to alleviate the drama and to focus on what is best for their family.

It's been nearly a year since Naya Rivera filed for divorce from Ryan Dorsey, and in that time, she has been linked romantically to David Spade.

Reporters from People had requested for Rivera's comments amidst the news, however, the former star has not responded yet.
