'Breaking Bad' House Fenced Off To Stop Pizza Being Thrown On Roof

'Breaking Bad' House Fenced Off To Stop Pizza Being Thrown On Roof”

The people who actually live there are fed up with fans of the TV show acting badly, including re-enacting a scene from the AMC television series and throwing pizzas on their roof.

During the third season of "Breaking Bad", White brings a pizza home for his family, only to find that wife Skyler (Anna Gunn) has locked him out after discovering his extracurricular activities. If you're gonna toss a pizza on a roof, maybe do it on your own.

Problem is, the house isn't just a set.

"We feel like we can't leave because when we, do something happens and that's ridiculous", she said, citing instances in which tourists take landscape rocks, request that a garage door be closed or ask the homeowners to leave the scene so they can better snap a picture.

The pizza-tossing had gotten so bad that the show's creator, Vince Gilligan, urged fans to knock it off more than two years ago.

"There is nothing original, or amusing, or cool about throwing a pizza on this lady's roof".

The Albuquerque house that was used as the exterior for Walter White's home during the filming of Breaking Bad has been visited by fans so often that the owners of the house have installed a six-foot wrought iron fence, local TV station KOB reported. "It's been done before - you're not the first".

The fence is now under construction and should be completed soon, but trespassers have already attempted to climb around it to take photographs with the iconic house, according to KOB 4. Residents and tourists have been trashing the Quintanas on an online forum since 2014. "Screw you lady", one user wrote.
