Duchess of Cambridge's uncle Gary Goldsmith charged with assault

Duchess of Cambridge's uncle Gary Goldsmith charged with assault”

"He started yelling at her and saying, 'You are a dirty wh*re".

The Sun quotes a taxi driver who witnessed the incident and who revealed: "He was screaming and swearing at her and she slapped him round the face and his glasses fell off".

A taxi driver claims he saw Goldsmith, 52, attack his wife Julie-Ann in the street outside their £1.5 million home in Marylebone, Central London.

The Met Police said in a statement: "Gary Goldsmith, 52, was charged on Friday October 13 with assault by beating".

'It kicked off as they tried to unlock the front door.

The victim is said to be his wife, Julie-Ann Goldsmith, according to reports.

The 47-year-old, Goldsmith's fourth wife, is understood to have hit her head on the pavement, knocking her out.

But on the 24th of September last, to the detriment of the wife of prince William, that is another branch of the royal family of England that was about it. Meghan Markle and prince Harry of England went together to the Invictus Games in Toronto, a year after formalizing their relationship by Kensington Palace.

Describing his pride at seeing Kate marry The Duke of Cambridge, Goldsmith said: "She is this confident, clever, caring girl who has taken her responsibilities in marriage and job incredibly seriously". She fell and cracked her head on the pavement'.

Julie-Ann is thought to be recuperating at the couple's flat. The following day, whilst walking his dogs in Regent's Park, he told the paper: "I don't want to talk about what happened". She thought I was gay'.

In 2011 he attended the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey and earlier this year he was a guest at his niece, Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews. Neither Carole nor the Royal couple attended. 'There were just four very close, dear friends'.

Julie-Ann was taken to hospital in an ambulance where she received treatment for her injuries before being discharged.
