Asos begins "try before you buy" service

The service, which has been introduced in partnership with payment provider Klarna, allows app users to order anything from the etailer's 85,000-strong product line up, have it delivered to their home using any of ASOS's various delivery options and only pay for what they keep within 30 days of the order being dispatched, with no additional fees or interest.

This comes after the company launched an incredible same-day delivery service for customers based in London, and is the latest update to prove ASOS are literally always one step ahead of the game.

As part of its continued bid to offer the best experience for its customers, UK-based online fashion retailer Asos is embracing the "try before you buy" movement with a new service that allows its United Kingdom app customers to try any of its 85,000 products at home and only pay for what they want to keep.

Previously, shoppers who wanted to try several different items before deciding which to keep had to shell out for all of them and return the unwanted items to get a refund - so the new system will mean shoppers don't have cash missing from their account while they wait for a return to be processed.

The feature, only available on the App, is super easy to use too.

HAVE you ever done a big order from ASOS and sent half of it back? The customer will then have 30 days to complete the payment online, with no extra cost. Customers can order clothing, shoes and accessories at no upfront charge, take seven days to decide if they want them, and pay only for what they keep. Which, if you're going out before pay day, is a godsend really.

To pay, you need to be 18-years-old and have a mobile number, email address and United Kingdom residential address. All you need to do is select whatever you like, then at the checkout, select the "Pay later with Klarna" option.
