Moschino's $736 'Dry Cleaning Bag' Dress Is Totally Sheer And Totally Cheeky

Moschino's $736 'Dry Cleaning Bag' Dress Is Totally Sheer And Totally Cheeky”

Now, that cheeky dress is on the retail market and can be yours for a modest $736.

If you don't want to spring for the $900 gown, Moschino sells a similar minidress for $650.

The clear dress made its first appearance back in February at Milan Fashion Week, where much of the collection resembled the pimped up remnants of a provincial recycling centre.

Fashion can give us some unusual offerings every now and again.

If you've ever had the slightest inclination to wear your dry cleaning bag, this one's for you. Moschino has always been a bit tongue-in-cheek, so we get where they were going here, but spending nearly a grand for clear dress "overlay" seems a bit steep, especially since we'd have to figure out what to wear underneath too.

United Kingdom luxury retail site Browns is now offering the dress for purchase by British customers. Browns did not immediately respond to INSIDER's request for comment about the price change.

But if you find it hard to justify spending $900 on a piece of plastic that you likely already have in your closet, don't worry. Powerhouse fashion house Moschino is now selling spitting-image replicas of the classic dry cleaning bag for a very pretty penny.
