Rajkumar-Kriti's Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana releases today, SRK wishes luck”

RajKumar Rao plays Satyendra aka Sattu, an innocent and decent man, who falls in love with Aarti Shukla, played with verve and emotions by Kriti Kharbanda, after their arranged meeting.

"Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana" stars Rajkummar Rao, Kriti Kharbanda, Vipin Sharma, Manoj Pahwa, Govind Namdev and Navni Parihar in key roles. Is there any solid reason? Rajkummar was seen with a support due to his fractured leg. Now, despite having a known story, this movie works because of Rajkummar's performance, his powerful acting barely saves the movie. We had a great team and a really wonderful script. It's a first for me in this genre, but I had a really good time shooting for it. The never-ending climax gets on our nerves and you might sleep in that. He also added that the problem was also over the satellite release of the film.

Apart from Newton, Rao's performances have earned appreciations for films like Trapped, Behen Hogi Teri, Bareilly Ki Barfi, all released in 2017. Kriti Kharbanda is a kind of actress, whom we just can't ignore, she is attractive and a fine actress, and she did a fine fob here in this film but again, the over dramatic script just didn't work for the film. @nayanidixit, who played Kangana's lively friend in Queen, does a very fine job.
