Woman arrested in fatal I-264 crash appeared on Lifetime's Little Women”

When Natalie Dill chose to spend her 27th birthday out drinking with friends, her husband, Daniel Dill offered to pick the group up so that they didn't have to worry about driving home.

On his wife's 27th birthday, Daniel Dill was acting as designated driver for her and her friends and was on his way to pick them up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, around 2 a.m. when Hancock, 25, allegedly hit his vehicle head-on while driving on the wrong side of the interstate. Dill had been heading eastbound on Interstate 264.

25-year-old Melissa Hancock, who has appeared on the Lifetime reality series Little Women: Atlanta, was arrested for DUI after the auto she was allegedly driving the wrong way down a one-way road hit another vehicle head on, killing the driver, 29-year-old Daniel Dill.

Melissa Hancock, 25, starred in the reality show's second season in 2015, according to the AJC. Her blood alcohol content tested at 0.112 two hours later, the summary said.

He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors determined he had suffered a major spinal cord injury, brain swelling, internal injuries and broken bones.

Just after midnight on Sunday, Dill succumbed to the injuries received in the accident. The family chose to withdraw care once the doctor told them of Dill's prognosis.

The charges against Hancock may be upgraded following Dill's death. She is being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond and may be charged with other crimes at the discretion of the city's commonwealth's attorney.
