Mother of Chris Bosh Named a Suspect in Drug Trafficking Bust”

The mother of two-time National Basketball Association champion and former Miami Heat center Chris Bosh has been questioned and named suspect by authorities after she, along with a number of people, was found inside the house owned by Bosh Friday morning, per TMZ Sports. A Texas home where Bosh's mother, Freida, allegedly lives, was raided by members of the Desoto Police Department Friday (Dec. 8). During the raid, they found enough drug paraphernalia to suggest possible narcotics trafficking.

No arrests were made at the time.

The reason for the bust is that officials suspect crack cocaine and heroin have been trafficked through Bosh's home.

Cops conducted an covert sting operation to obtain evidence - which included sending an undercover officer to the home on Tuesday to snatch and grab trash bags that had been left outside of the home.

The website added: "As for Chris, one law enforcement source connected to the case told us, 'We don't believe Chris has any connection short of owning the house'". "I know a lot of people don't know that, but don't write me off just yet".
