A 20-year-old Florida man claimed the fourth-largest jackpot in Mega Millions lottery history, lotto officials confirmed.

Missler choose to receive a one-time, lump-sum payment of $281 million.

He also said that he would use the money to "pursue a variety of passions, help my family and do some good for humanity", according to ABC News.

According to the Florida Lottery, Missler's winnings are the second largest jackpot ever by a single ticket. He's the second Mega Millions jackpot victor in Florida's history.

Missler says he's a big believer in the power of a positive mindset and wasn't really surprised that he had won.

"Although I'm young, I've had a crash course this week in financial management and I feel so fortunate to have this incredible wealth and team behind me", Missler said in his statement to the Tampa Bay Times.

Then he met with his father the following morning for a cup of coffee, officials said. It is called "Secret 007, LLC".

Mega Millions is played in 44 states, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The 7-Eleven that sold the winning ticket will get a $100,000 commission. Shane recently "retired" from his job at a local background screening company and "looks forward to a future of taking care of his family, of educating himself to be a good steward of this fortune and in remaining as grounded as he is".

The lucky person who bought the winning $560 million Powerball ticket in New Hampshire is still a mystery. His expressed a desire to move out of the state, and tells the Tampa Bay Times that he will leave the Tampa Bay Area.

The victor of the $560 million Powerball ticket in New Hampshire has not yet come forward.
