Is Holly Willoughby's Short Skirt Controversy Another Example Of TV Sexism?

Is Holly Willoughby's Short Skirt Controversy Another Example Of TV Sexism?”

It looks like Holly Willoughby was forced to change her outfit before filming This Morning, as her skirt was deemed "too short" for television.

The TV star revealed she had to change her whole outfit before she was due to go live on the ITV chat show.

Some have even said that it's nicer than the outfit she did decide to wear today, a Topshop denim skirt, & Other Stories boots and a striped M&S knit.

The Dancing on Ice co-host's 3.4 million Instagram followers were quick to offer their praise for her latest "outfit of the day" snap - with many fans taking to the comments section of the app.

"Goooood morning Tuesday!' She captioned the final outfit".

The 37-year-old presenter had chosen a checked mini with a ruffled front teamed with white ankle boots and a navy turtleneck; ultra stylish as usual.

"She posted this on her Instagram afterwards with the caption: "#Repost@angiesmithstudio The one that got away.

Nonetheless, many fans agreed that the first skirt was too short, though most were confused by the similar length of the second and suggested that Holly was trying to cover the length with props on her lap. "Its obviously too short for day time TV".

One wrote: "Did they use a measuring tape as I cant see that its shorter. both look fab". The blonde bombshell added a gold necklace by Missoma - a budget jewellery brand which is also loved by Prince Harry's fiancée Meghan Markle!

Well, one thing's for sure, Holly looks stunning in whatever she wears!
