Rita Ora feat. Cardi B, Bebe Rexha, & Charli XCX - 'Girls'”

Rita Ora is dropping some new girl power music in just a matter of hours, with her new star-studded single set to debut Friday at midnight.

The catchy record is a celebration of female sexuality, with lyrics that nod to Katy Perry's 2008 breakout single "I Kissed a Girl" and Cyndi Lauper's 1983 hit "Girls Just Want to Have Fun". The track features none other than "Boys" hitmaker Charli XCX, rapper Cardi B, and songwriter/producer Bebe Rexha - who you might know from Martin Garrix's massive single "In The Name Of Love". Rita adds that Beyoncé and Jay Z have been "great mentors", which doesn't sound like there's any hostility there to me, although when asked if she's still close to the couple, she simply says "I look up to them a lot".

Ora also appears to sing about her sexual orientation on the track.

These past few years I've been so inspired by all the strong women I've seen who aren't afraid to be themselves.

Could Girls be the 2018 bisexuality anthem we've been waiting for? "I'm 50-50 and I'm never gonna hide it".

"For those who aren't afraid to rule the world, this is our anthem", Rita continues.

It's been six years since the "For You" singer dropped an LP but hopefully we'll get something sooner than later.

You can listen to "Girls" now on Apple Music/iTunes and via Spotify below.
