Cardi B deletes Instagram account after responding to Azealia Banks' nasty insults

Cardi B deletes Instagram account after responding to Azealia Banks' nasty insults”

'There was just this really, really, really intelligent conversation going on nationally and then everything just kind of changed and then it was like Cardi B.

Banks appeared on a USA radio show Friday, reportedly labelling the rapper as an "untalented rat" and a "caricature of a black woman".

Banks continued: "Like, if my spelling and grammar was that bad, I'd be cancelled. If Nicki Minaj spelled like that, we would be ragging on her all day". Most of her music is a bop and, within it, she wields a unique style of speech exalted in other rappers from Snoop Dogg to Lil' Kim to the Notorious B.I.G and beyond. "People followed me on Instagram and the people gave me a platform to introduce my talent". Without ever calling Cardi out by name, Azealia says that while her statements only reflect her own perspective, Cardi B is still misunderstanding the actual points that she's trying to make.

The "Bodak Yellow", rapper who is now pregnant with Offset's baby, was threatened by people as she attempted to enter a shop with security guards.

She continues, "The concept of me "attacking" other women is a hard one to process because it's subjective and purely an analysis of what YOU see".

Banks made comments regarding Cardi B during an interview on "The Breakfast Club", and Cardi was not havin' it.

She said: "The difference between you and me is that I've never pretended to be something I am not!" Cardi B wrote. "I was walking to the store and the man asked for a picture and I said no".

In it, she says she can speak two languages fluently. Banks mocked Cardi on Twitter, referring to her as "Yara from ESL room 205".

When Azealia then took a swipe at Cardi about her pregnancy with partner Offset, that was the final straw that seems to have led to the rapper shutting down her Instagram account.
