Enzo Cleared: No Evidence Found & Case Closed”

The investigation into sexual assault allegations against former WWE performer Enzo Amore has been closed without any charges being brought.

In terms of his suspension and later firing, the reason that they cut ties with him is not due to an internal belief that Enzo is guilty, but over the fact that Enzo failed to notify officials that he was being investigated.

The Phoenix Police Department, Arizona, chose to cease its investigation into Enzo Amore accused of having sexually abused Philomena Sheanan because "there was not enough evidence" to bring charges against the fighter.

On January, 22, a Phoenix woman claimed through social media and an interview with Fightful that Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore), along with accomplices Tyler Gross and Layla Shapiro (aka TOO POOR), had sexually assaulted her while she laid unconscious in a hotel room in the state of Arizona on October 19. Prior to that date, no law enforcement or any other officials had contacted Mr. Arndt regarding such claims.

Today's statement from the counsel for Arndt reveals that he had no knowledge of the allegations until Sheahan went on the "unfounded tirade on social media".

The letter says that charges were bever filed against Enzo & that the accuser has shown a lack of credibility. Mr. Arndt fully and unequivocally denies those accusations. No charges were ever filed. "The matter is closed", Enzo's attorney, Tom Cargill, adds.

Arndt posted a letter from his legal counsel via social media thanking his fans for supporting him during his troubled times. This experience has further taught Mr. Arndt to be cautious with his personal associations, because false, defamatory, and unfounded accusations can alter and impact the lives and careers of the falsely accused and their families.

The statement includes a note that Arndt is working towards "his next venture in the entertainment industry".
