Devolver is releasing Metal Wolf Chaos XD

Devolver is releasing Metal Wolf Chaos XD”

If you've not heard of it before, we don't blame you. It was an Xbox exclusive and released only in Japan despite being fully in English.

Metal Wolf Chaos XD is infamous for being extremely "patriotic" - it's a game about America that never released outside of Japan, that seems to, perhaps, make fun of Americans. The game developed a small cult following for its absurd premise. However, Wilson's vice president decides to overthrow him by convincing the military to come to his side. Wilson fights Hawk's forces using his powered armor Metal Wolf. From there, he launches a one-man - err.mech? - campaign to take back his country.

Video game stories from other sites on the web.

This bombastic rerelease will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC later this year, If you never got the chance to check out the unusual journey of Michael Wilson, it will be worth your time to check out when Metal Wolf Chaos XD comes out.

Devolver Digital promised weird for their E3 2018 experience, and weird they delivered.

Those upgrades are nice, but the real story here is the simple fact that gamers everywhere will finally be able to play one of the most absurd and hilarious action games ever made. This updated global release will be coming this year and is entitled Metal Wolf Chaos XD.
