More Details From George Lucas' Star Wars Sequel Trilogy Revealed

"To the majority of Star Wars fans thank you for supporting and putting yourselves in our shoes". Speaking with James Cameron as part of a companion book for the AMC series James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction, George Lucas offered up some details on where he meant to take the Star Wars saga next. I call them the Whills. "You're not entitled to politeness when your approach is rude".

Star Wars fans will now be thrilled to know that the veil has been partially lifted on Lucas' ideas for the episodes.

Whether or not these messages from John Boyega, and from Rian Johnson and Mark Hamill before him, will actually help dissuade trolls from attacking Kelly Marie Tarn, or anyone else in the Star Wars franchise. Clearly Lucas has some feelings about the elements of the story that remain unshared, and sadly, it is unlikely that this film will ever be put into motion, especially without the creative vision of Lucas himself. We're vessels for them. The midi-chlorians are the ones that communicate with the Whills.

Fans will immediately recognize Lucas' terminology and the significance of the Whills, though the filmmaker ultimately abandoned early concepts and converted the ideas into the Force.

Honestly, that doesn't sound all that compelling.

The name Whills has appeared in Star Wars before, although not in the form of alien creatures - instead, we saw the Guardians of the Whills in Rogue One, while Lucas' original title for Star Wars was Adventures of Luke Starkiller, as taken from the Journal of the Whills, Saga I: The Star Wars. As it stands, the Force being something more of a spiritual plane where a being can get in touch with the living world around them and learn to manipulate it and become one with it is much more in tune with the mysticism established in the original trilogy. Let us know down in the comments.

"On social media a few unhealthy people can cast a big shadow on the wall, but over the past 4 years I've met lots of real fellow SW fans", Johnson said.

"If I'd held onto the company I could have done it, and then it would have been done".

The actor - who played Stormtrooper Finn - took to Twitter this week to air his grievances towards the pests in the wake of Kelly Marie Tran being forced off social media by a bunch of harassers who apparently didn't like the direction her character, Rose, went in on The Last Jedi.
