Jimmy Fallon responds to Trump: 'Never called this human in my life'

Jimmy Fallon responds to Trump: 'Never called this human in my life'”

The late night hosts came together in a sketch that opened both CBS' "The Late Show" and NBC's "The Tonight Show". He added Jimmy Fallon for the first time, after The Tonight Show donated money in POTU'S name to a nonprofit that's helping victims of Trump's baby-snatching border policy.

The bit begins with Colbert at his computer writing his monologue when he receives a video call from Fallon, who asks Colbert if he saw Trump's rally speech. "Youre the president! Why are you tweeting at me?!"

On Tuesday, "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" Twitter account shared a video of Colbert's opening monologue, which featured all three hosts coming up with responses to Trump.

Before Colbert and Fallon sign off, they agree to meet for lunch... at the Red Hen restaurant, of course. "I heard he said we were all no talent, low-life, lost souls".

Trump said he recently had to tell Fallon to "be a man" and not apologize for messing up Trump's hair during a 2016 appearance. "It's pretty much the only thing I have in common with National Football League players", Fallon said.

Colbert then said that couldn't be right because that description sounded more like TBS late night host Conan O'Brien. I didn't think that would be a compliment: "'He did the thing that we all wanted to do'". What are you doing?

O'Brien is shocked by the news that Donald Trump "the real estate guy who sells steaks" is actually president, before they quickly disconnect to avoid having to watch him shave his chest. And I can laugh at myself.

Fallon also addressed the last part of Trump's tweet, which seemed to imply that Fallon called him after the episode and said "monster ratings". "I don't have his number, I don't want his number", Fallon said. "I agreed to do his show, and because I guess I was running at the time, he got tremendous ratings on that show", Trump said, according to Variety.
