This is what Meghan Markle wore to her first royal christening”

THE Duke and Duchess of Sussex will arrive in Dublin today for their first official royal engagement overseas as a married couple.

Attending the service included: Prince Charles, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Prince Andrew, The Princess Royal, Princess Anne and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence.

Kate Middleton, taking a special break from maternity leave, arrived at the site of her 2011 royal wedding in a muted teal dress similar in cut to the one she wore to Meghan and Harry's wedding in May. Five years ago, Prince George was christened there, and before her wedding day in April 2011, the Duchess of Cambridge received her first communion there when she was confirmed to the Church of England.

Also attending were Kate's parents, her brother and sister and Louis' six godparents, who are close friends or relatives of William and Kate.

The head of the Royal Air Force, air chief marshal Sir Stephen Hillier, said that it is a "hugely important day" and the "pinnacle" of the centenary celebrations.

After the service, the monarch, accompanied by Prince Charles, will present a new Queen's Colour to the RAF on the forecourt of Buckingham Palace and make a short speech. Prince William formerly served as an RAF search and rescue pilot, while Prince Harry received helicopter training from the RAF during his time in the Army Air Corps.

The Duchess of Cambridge is clad in an icy blue Alexander McQueen dress with three-quarter length sleeves and her signature neckline, which she's paired with a matching hat by Sean Barrett and nude heels.

Grasping Prince Harry's hand, the new Duchess of Sussex cut a stylish form in a flattering shade of olive green, which not only complimented her skin tone, but held a significant meaning.

The service will be followed by a fly-by at Buckingham Palace and another balcony appearance from the royal family.
