Donald Trump has Kanye West for lunch at the White House”

U.S. President Donald Trump Donald has welcomed Kanye West to the White House, and says the rapper "has been a friend for a long time".

"Today at approximately 12:30 PM EDT, President Trump will host a working lunch in the private dining room off the Oval Office with award-winning Rapper, Producer, and Fashion Designer, Kanye West, Hall of Fame Running Back, Jim Brown, Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor, Jared Kushner and Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor, Ivanka Trump".

In an interview with Fox News before the meeting, Trump said the justice system was "very unfair to African-Americans it's very unfair to everybody".

Kanye West, one of President Trump's most famous and vocal supporters, met with the president at the White House on Thursday to discuss matters including prison reform and gang violence.

Kanye has drawn fire from other celebrities for his support of Trump, the former reality TV star now looking ahead to congressional elections on November 6 and his own re-election campaign in 2020. We're going to make certain categories tougher, when it comes to drug dealing and other things. It would have been very unfair, I don't think really the heat was very hot.

He said he would overrule his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, who has balked at efforts to reduce sentences served by convicts and is unlikely to support new ones.

"God, I wish I could get through to the 52 percent of white women who put Trump in office, but they're too far gone, so instead I am looking to young people", Sarah Silverman said.

"It's not so locked up anymore, you know, because I'm producing numbers that they were never able to produce", said Trump, who has repeatedly claimed the jobless rate among African-Americans has decreased during his presidency. "I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent", Swift wrote.
