Eddie Murphy Welcomes Baby #10”

Award winning actor, Eddie Murphy, has welcomed a baby boy, the new baby is the actor's tenth child.

The happy couple welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Max Charles Murphy, on November 30, a rep for the 57-year-old actor told ET on Monday.

"Both mother and son are doing well", Murphy's rep tells People.

Their son, Max Charles Murphy, came into the world weighing a healthy 6 lbs., 11 oz., and measured 19 inches long.

The Nutty Professor and Beverly Hills Cop star has eight other children.

His middle name is said to be a tribute to Murphy's older brother and fellow comedian Charlie Murphy, who died of leukaemia previous year. The new mum even managed to hide her baby bump on Instagram with her regular posts. Later, he welcomed son Christian, 27, with ex-girlfriend Tamara Hood. The couple's new son, Max, was given the middle name Charlie as a tribute to Eddie's late brother, who died a year ago of leukemia. The couple are already parents to two-year-old Maxima (Max).
