National Basketball Association playoffs 2019: Players react to Kawhi Leonard's improbable game-winner

National Basketball Association playoffs 2019: Players react to Kawhi Leonard's improbable game-winner”

"Every playoff game, you come in nervous or with some anticipation". Do not sleep on Golden State without Durant, though.

The series has largely been unpredictable from night to night.

These two teams combined for 227 points in game six, which was over the projected point total of 213. But Game 6 was an entirely different scenario as Hood and Collins conspired to outduel their counterparts, doing an unbelievable job on both offense and defense.

Toronto is a six-point favorite at home, according to the betting line at OddsShark. "Now we go home and we have best home court advantage in the National Basketball Association and we are going to try to take advantage of that and close it out".

It is extremely hard for teams to win a Game 7 on the road.

If a Game 7 is needed, they'll play in Denver Sunday.

Danny Green led the way shooting a career-best 46 per cent from three in the regular season. Once again, they are set to go the distance in a series.

On the other side of the matchup is Joel Embiid, who in spite of struggling with a variety of illnesses and ailments, has had an absurdly positive influence on Philadelphia's play.

Leonard paced the Raptors with 14 first-half points, but Toronto shot just 3 of 17 from beyond the 3-point arc before the break. That version of Embiid hasn't been seen since.

In Philadelphia's 112-101 Game 6 victory, the 76ers were an incredible plus-40 with Embiid on the court.

After the game, when asked about the altercations that have happened this series Barton shrugged.

Nikola Jokic leads the way for the Nuggets with 24.8 points, 13 rebounds, and 8.9 assists per game. He's done it all postseason long. The Raptors are seeking their first NBA Finals appearance in franchise history.

Damian Lillard leads the way for the Trailblazers with 29.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game.

"You want to look at it in a positive way, but it's tough when you know you can beat a team and you lose", Murray said.

However, Ben Simmons may be the bellwether. He's much more likely to put up a stinker.

It's not the first time Lowry suffered a dislocated finger during the playoffs, previously suffering one during the Raptors' victory over the Orlando Magic in Game 5 of their first-round series.

The 76ers can count on Butler. He just can't quite reach the level that Leonard is now on.

"We'll go back home, regroup, like we did for San Antonio, come back with energy and just be ready to play", Murray said. Pascal Siakam has played well, for the most part. The Raptors' bench has barely contributed.

"I think for us the biggest thing was just to take it one possession at a time", McCollum said. Guard Kyle Lowry had 20 points in Game 2 and 19 more in Game 5.

However, Lillard has not shot well from three point range this series. They had an underwhelming series overall but are still an incredibly well-rounded team. But that doesn't mean they'll be locked into an individual matchup all night. Those same shots should go in Sunday night. Game 1 against Portland is on Tuesday (May 14).

The Blazers tied it at 45 but Jokic's basket held them at bay until Lillard's 3-pointer gave Portland the lead. Simmons' passiveness appeared to coincide with the 76ers' deficit. They're nearly certainly the more exciting team.

The Milwaukee Bucks, who defeated the Boston Celtics in five games in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, have been ready for their opponent for a few days now.
