The company also revealed the Realme 3 Pro in China as the Realme X Lite, which will have three variants - 4GB+64GB priced at 1199 yuan (~$175), 6GB+64GB for 1299 yuan (~$190), and 6GB+128GB for 1499 yuan (~$220). Realme also launched the 6GB and 8GB RAM variants for CNY 1599 (approx Dollars 230 / INR 16,000) and CNY 1799 (approx USD 260 / INR 18,000) respectively.

Both the devices will available via prominent e-tailers in China including Jingdong starting May 20.

Realme X has been made available in three RAM/internal storage variants - 4GB RAM/64GB storage, 6GB RAM/64GB storage and 8GB RAM/128GB storage priced at Yuan 1,499 (approximately Rs 15,000), Yuan 1,599 (approximately Rs 16,000) and Yuan 1,799 (approximately Rs 18,000), respectively. Realme will also release two special limited editions of the phone with finishes similar to onion and garlic and 8GB of RAM as well as 128GB of onboard storage, which will carry a slightly higher price tag - CNY 1,899 (roughly Rs. 19,500). Company claimed that the designs is created after 72 gradient tests, more than 300 sample adjustments, only to present the most attractive texture in our mind.

Realme's pop-up camera enables a full-screen design, delivering a 6.53-inch full HD+ AMOLED screen (91.2 percent screen/body ratio). The screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass display, and there is no notch, thanks to the pop-up selfie camera. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor paired with an Adreno 616 GPU.

On the imaging front, the Realme X will pack a dual camera setup on the back, which houses a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens.

The Realme X Youth Edition is the same smartphone that was launched as Realme 3 Pro in India.

Realme X is official. The phone also comes with built-in OPPO's new AI assistant Breeno and comes with stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos for surround sound.

Now on to one of the biggest selling points of the Realme X - the new cameras.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C Port.

Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The 48MP snapper is a Sony IMX 586 sensor found in an ever increasing number of phones these days.

The Realme X, meanwhile, will go on sale for 1,499 RMB ($220) for the 4GB/64GB option, 1,599 RMB ($235) for the 6GB?64GB edition, and 1,799 RMB ($260) for the 8GB/128GB model. For the front, the phone has a 25-megapixel ultra clear selfie sensor. Still you get VOOC Flash Charge 3.0, which promises to bring the 3,765mAh unit from flat to 55% in 30 minutes. The phone also features Hyper Boost 2.0, The Hyper Boost mobile acceleration technology is meant to provide an improved system, gaming and other performances.
