Pixel 4 leaked renders show rear cameras, bottom speakers

Pixel 4 leaked renders show rear cameras, bottom speakers”

The front of the device shows a speaker grille that is a relatively fair way down from the top of the device suggesting that Google are retaining the use of a notch this year. The headphone jack is still missing, unsurprisingly.

The bottom of the device houses speaker grills (most likely just one speaker) suggesting that the lower front facing speaker has been ditched. That may just be a Pixel 3a feature (possibly Pixel 4a too?). You may recall last year's Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL debacle, where we saw full reviews of the phones months before they were even announced. We aren't so sure of that one but after introducing wireless charging and their Pixel Stand previous year it would be unusual for the rear of the device to not be glass and support Qi charging once again.

There's still a lot of questions to be answered about the Google Pixel 4.

This is a CAD render of the Google Pixel 4. What that means is that this may not be the correct design, 100-percent. There might be a few changes that are not included here.

As far as other Pixel 4 specs are concerned, Slashleaks notes that Google's next-gen smartphone will not include front-firing speakers or a physical fingerprint scanner. The retailer is also throwing in a 3-month 8 GB prepaid Mint Mobile SIM card kit, which retails at US$60. But Google has stuck to a single rear lens, choosing instead to rely on AI and computer learning to handle features such as zooming and background blurs. But there's two things that most are hoping change, and that's the number of cameras (many would love a wide-angle and/or a telephoto to be added) and adding more RAM to the Pixel 4.
