The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Is Getting A Sequel

The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Is Getting A Sequel”

If you buy something through this post, IGN may get a share of the sale. "And after a lot of discussion, we made a decision to come to a new direction".

Since Nintendo already gave such a deep dive into Pokemon Sword and Shield earlier this month, the company barely mentioned the games in its E3 2019 Nintendo Direct, beyond reaffirming their release date.

It's not often we get a direct Legend of Zelda sequel, but that's what seems to be happening with Zelda: Breath of the Wild's sequel. This is a complete remake of the Game Boy game that released back in 1993. What's reassuring, as the Nintendo Treehouse crew explained, is the fact all of the DX content is represented in this newer version of Link's Awakening. As you play, you'll earn chambers you can use to craft your very own dungeons.

"In previous games that worked with the Pokemon Bank service, you were able to-for example, in Sun and Moon-bring over any Pokemon, even if they weren't in the Alola Pokedex", Masuda said. Launching alongside the game will be a new Link amiibo figure that lets players put this adorable new art style in the palm of their hands. If that changes, we'll update here.
