Woman's Security Camera Catches Alien Strutting in Her Driveway

Woman's Security Camera Catches Alien Strutting in Her Driveway”

A woman has shared footage of a creature resembling Harry Potter's Dobby on her driveway and people are positively freaked out. Hundreds speculated on the video, arguing whether it was a magic elf or an alien being, or possibly even Gomez' own son in flip flops with underpants on his head.

Viewers immediately likened it to the house elf character in the Harry Potter franchise, known as Dobby. "First I saw the shadow walking from my front door then I saw this thing....has anyone else seen this on their cameras??", Gomez posted with the video. While we'd love to see some solid evidence confirming the existence of aliens, bigfeet, unicorns, or house elves, this video probably isn't it.

The video which Ms Gomez shared online shows a creature walking up her driveway. "The other two cameras didn't pick it up for some reason", Gomez wrote in a viral video post that's garnered some 9.5 million views so far.

In what appears to be the original post, Gomez said she woke up on Sunday to see the weird footage.

Naturally, the clip has now racked up more than 5.5 million views, with followers desperate for an explanation.

The Twitter-verse acted quickly when it came to giving this mysterious creature an identity, as one Twitter user created a fake account identifying themselves as Jake, the "alien" in the video.

Did Dobby survive the last film?

"Everyone's joking that this is Dobby but I'm here deciding not to go outside at night ever again", one person wrote. "This is obviously Kreacher". Dobby ultimately sacrificed his own life to save Harry and his friends in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. She promises the footage hasn't been edited or photoshopped, and insists that she lacks the skills for any kind of manipulation.

However, some eagle-eyed Twitter users point out at one stage in the video there appears to be two shadows, theorising someone could be operating an elf-like puppet.
