Here’s why Chris Hemsworth named his daughter after India

Here’s why Chris Hemsworth named his daughter after India”

The "Men in Black" franchise may get a woke makeover in the future should it persist beyond the latest installment, "Men in Black: International", which stars actress Tessa Thompson ("Creed") and actor Chris Hemsworth ("Thor").

As he got busy with the interviews for the film, Chris revealed the real reason why he named her daughter India, after the South Asian country.

Apart from daughter India Rose, Hemsworth and Pataky also have twin sons Sasha and Tristan.

Hemsworth was in India previous year to shoot for his Netflix project "Dhaka". Shooting there. There were thousands of people on the streets every day and I have never experienced that on set. "It was kind of scary as it was exciting because there were so many people".

Her co-star agreed: "There was a unusual kind of, 'Wow, we're doing this'". People were so positive.

She added, "Maybe if we make more maybe that will change, and certainly I think if Agent M sticks around the organization long enough she will probably push some buttons to make it change and, frankly, that's the only way that things change". However, Men in Black: International unfortunately scored lower than Men in Black II, which was ranked a 39 percent by critics and a 45 percent by audiences.

Hemsworth, in London on June 3, said it was "good to just hit the ground running, know each other's rhythms, have the chemistry already, have someone you trust to kind of just improv with".

EW, meanwhile, singled out director F. Gary Gray and how he "reduces his leads" chemistry into action heroics", and described "Men In Black International' in general as "a awful reboot".
