I don't think I was invited to Kareena, Saif's wedding: Shahid Kapoor

I don't think I was invited to Kareena, Saif's wedding: Shahid Kapoor”

Kabir Singh is the official Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy which stars Kiara Advani opposite Shahid in the film. In conversation with Neha Dhupia, the actor not only discussed two of his most famous exes, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, but also looked back at professional disappointments.

The "Kabir Singh" actor delved into details about his past and spoke about his exes, actresses Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor.

Commenting on whether he received a wedding invitation from Kareena Kapoor who married Saif Ali Khan in 2012, he said "About Kareena, I don't remember, it was a while ago". Present for film's promotions recently, Shahid was asked to spill some beans about his personal life and wife Mira Kapoor. "I don't think I was invited", he apprehensively said during the interview. "I'd cried while reading the script and loved it, but unfortunately couldn't make time for it", he said. That was something most challenging for me.

Hold on there's more and it gets better. Some of Shahid's candour spilled over to his personal life as well, when he was nearly coaxed into revealing who is the better sexter between him and his wife, Mira. "Don't they understand they're talking about children", she says said, Shahid. "I wanted to be a good dad to my kids when I am home as they are very small to understand it". He is now busy promoting Kabir Singh which is slated to release on June 14. Shahid was asked if his kids will become the major factor now for selecting the kinds of films and roles he does.

Shahid also expresses his regret over doing the film Shaandaar opposite Alia Bhatt. The character is very fascinating for me as an actor because the emotional arc.is very original.

Kabir Singh is the story of a medical student who has anger management issues and after a failed relationship he indulges in alcoholism. Stay tuned to BL for more updates and scoops!
