Beyoncé Reveals Her Impressive Pre-Coachella Diet”

In preparation for Coachella, Beyoncé stuck to the plan for a total of 44 days, assisted by personal chefs and trainers. In the video we see how the superstar is preparing for her 2018 Coachella performance.

In the video, Beyoncé said she struggled to lose weight after giving birth to twins, Rumi and Sir, in June of 2017.

But weight loss wasn't the only benefit the singer attributed to the diet shift.

Stepping onto the scale Beyonce said: 'Every woman's nightmare...this is my weight, 175.

Before her big Coachella performance, the star followed a "22 Days Nutrition" program and now, she is sharing it with the world!

Marco proceeded to praise the diet saying that 'Plant-based is really about eliminating all the overly processed foods that don't do us any good anyways. "When you're eating plant-based, you will definitely have more energy, you will definitely sleep better, you're definitely going to have improved complexion, your mood is gonna change completely", he shared.

In the promo, Beyonce details her meal planner and offers up access to tools and recipes "that empower everyone to become their healthiest self through proper nutrition".

One fan, a writer for, has already tried Bey's 22-day program, forgoing "bacon, dairy and basically all of life's other greatest pleasures for three entire weeks".
