Samsung Unveil Tab S6 To Take On Surface, iPad Pro

Samsung Unveil Tab S6 To Take On Surface, iPad Pro”

While all eyes are on the Galaxy Note 10 projected to launch in just one week, Samsung is also hard at work on another project, according to a recent report. And this year, it's no different.

The key attractions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 are probably its large colourful screen, the powerful mobile SoC inside, its slim construction, Samsung DeX, and the inclusion of the S Pen and the functionality that opens up.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 will be a step up from last year's Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. The tablet will run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with One UI. The primary camera will take pictures with 13 megapixels and the second camera with 5 megapixels, having a field of view of 123 degrees.

Multiple rumors point to the Galaxy Tab S6 as having dual rear cameras along with a metal build. The unbelievable leaks are surfacing online about the Tab S6. Along with letting you press its button to remote-control the tablet, the Tab S6 S Pen also lets you wield the stylus like a tiny baton to perform "air actions" for such jobs as controlling the camera and playing music. It'll ship with either 128GB or 256GB storage built-in. Like the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil, the S6 can charge the pen when it's attached and it even has a similar on-screen charging notification when you attach it. It's available in Cloud Blue, Mountain Gray, or Rose Blush. Despite this, Samsung has managed to build in a 7,040 mAh battery that offers 50 percent more battery life than an iPad Pro at up to 15 hours on a single charge. The device will also include an S-Pen that will be paired with Bluetooth 5.0 LE.

Wherever there is a phone or tablet being sold, someone is looking for more information about it. It also has support for Samsung's DeX interface, which provides a more desktop-like experience when using the tablet with a keyboard.

The 10.5-inch (2,560x1,600) Super AMOLED touchscreen is the same as on the Tab S4, though the bezels have been stripped back.
