NBC News Reporter's Son Adorably Interrupts Mom's Live Broadcast

NBC News Reporter's Son Adorably Interrupts Mom's Live Broadcast”

"Live television", Kube said, before continuing her report.

NBC correspondent Courtney Kube was interrupted on a live broadcast during breaking news Wednesday morning - by her young son.

The video is now going viral, showing Courtney reporting on Turkish military's offensive in northern Syria when suddenly, her son appears on the air.

It's pretty hilarious - Kube sees little Ryan walking up on her monitor and has a moment of panic, but keeps it completely professional and continues delivering the news while trying to shoo her son away.

She took the interruption in her stride and went on to talk about the situation in Syria as the screen cut to a map.

Hey, sometimes you just can't find a babysitter.

The incident recalls the 2017 case of "BBC Dad", when political scientist Robert Kelly's children crashed a live cross from his home during an interview about South Korean politics. "As soon as I realized he was standing next to me, for a second your heart kind of stops", she said.

"I was so glad he didn't start crying. It could've been worse!"
