Kesha is finally back with a brand new album”

Kesha, of course, has been embroiled in a highly public legal dispute with producer and label boss Dr Luke, the moniker for Lukasz Gottwald, the former CEO of Kemosabe Records.

The "Tik Tok" singer released her first solo single "Praying" in almost five years last Thursday (06.07.17) and Ricky Reed, who co-wrote and co-produced several tracks on her upcoming album "Rainbow", can't wait for the LP to be released.

"In an article for Lena Dunham's Lenny website, Kesha wrote: "'Praying', my first [solo] single in nearly four years, comes out today. But now that she's back to the studio and feeling more balanced, the musician's ready to share the mental health advice she says helped her heal.

Kesha describes her new album as "just the beginning", and even the last scene of her music video is superimposed with the words "The Beginning".

"I've overcome obstacles, and I have found strength in myself even when it felt out of reach".

"It's a song about learning to be proud of the person you are even during low moment when you feel alone", the singer continued.

In August 2016, Kesha dropped the case saying, "this lawsuit [has been] so heavy on my once free spirit, and I can only pray to one day feel that happiness again", however, Dr. Luke has since been dismissed by Sony Music.

I've never been more excited about a piece of art I've ever done in my entire life. Being angry and resentful will do nothing but increase your own stress and anxiety-and hate is the fuel that grows the viruses.

"This song is about me finding peace in the fact that I can't control everything - because trying to control everyone was killing me".

Kesha's new album "Rainbow" will "change the world", according to Ricky Reed, who co-wrote and co-produced some of the songs on it with her.

"Bullies - I don't like them, they're bas****s", she said about the lyrics which go: "Don't let the a**holes wear you out".
